चीन र पाकिस्तानविरुद्ध गोर्खा सेनाको प्रयोग रोक्न परराष्ट्रलाई ज्ञापन

ग्रेटर नेपाल राष्ट्रवादी मोर्चाले इन्डियाली गोर्खा सेना सम्बन्धी नेपाल , बेलायत र इन्डियाबीच सन् १९४७ नोभेम्बर ९ मा भएको त्रिपक्षीय सन्धि रद्द गर्न र नेपालका छिमेकी तथा मित्रराष्ट्र चीन र पाकिस्तानविरुद्ध गोर्खा सैनिकको प्रयोग रोक्न इन्डियालाई दबाब दिन माग गर्दै अाज दिउँसो परराष्ट्रमन्त्रीलाई सम्बोधन गरिएको एक ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाएको छ ।

भारतको दुश्मनी रहेपनी ती नेपाल्को मित्रराष्ट्र भएकाले गोर्खा सैनिक प्रयोग गर्नु गलत भएको उहाँ भन्नू हुन्छ, युद्धमा मारिएका गोर्खा सैनिकको लास घरपरिवारलाई जिम्मा नलगाउनु अमानवीय भएको कुरा पनि ज्ञापनपत्रमा उठाइएको छ ।

सार्क महाशाखाका प्रमुख सहसचिव यज्ञबहादुर हमाललाई ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाइएको मोर्चाका अध्यक्ष फणीन्द्र नेपालले जानकारी दिनु भएको छ । ज्ञापनपत्रको बोधार्थ चीन , पाकिस्तान , श्रीलंका र बंगलादेशका विदेश मामिलासम्बन्धी मन्त्रीलाई पनि दिइएको छ ।

ज्ञापनपत्र बुझाउन अध्यक्ष नेपाल आफै र कोषाध्यक्ष नवीना खड्का गएको जानकारी दिनु भएको छ ।

The Memorandum of Greater Nepal Nationalist Front (GNNF) submitted to the Honorable Foreign Minister of Nepal, Mr. Pradip Gyawali on the subject matter of presenting Nepal’s clear stand to stop using Indian Gorkha Army against the neighboring country China and Pakistan, who is an ally of Nepal, to India.

Subject: To present Nepal’s clear stand to stop using the Indian Gorkha Army against the neighboring country China and Pakistan, who is an ally of Nepal, to India.

Honorable Foreign Minister,

Greater Nepal Nationalist Front (GNNF) would like to draw your attention towards taking prompt action on the use of the Indian Gorkha Army as per the facts mentioned below:

1. First of all, it is already extremely late to nullify the tri-partite agreement done among Nepal, The United Kingdom, and India on November 9, 1947, regarding the admission of the Gorkhas and the distribution of the Gorkha Army.

2. Nepali Nationals of Indian Gorkha Army were kept on the forefront during the war between China and India in 1962 A.D. Similarly, Gorkha Army was at the forefront facing the Chinese military during the conflict between China and India that happened on Doklam on June 2017 and May 2020. Due to the increased possibility of the recent conflict between China and India in Ladakh turning into a war, it is clear that the Indian Gorkha Army has been deployed on the frontline of the battledore. Indian Gorkha Army was deployed on Sri Lanka from July 1987 to March 1990. Moreover, there is a proven history of the Indian Gorkha Army being deployed on the frontline and LAC during the war against Pakistan on 1947 A.D., 1965 A.D., 1971 A.D., and 1999 A.D. Thousands of Nepali soldiers in the Indian Gorkha Army lost their life during those wars. India has numerous times, shown inhumane behavior of not sending the dead bodies of Nepali soldiers, who gave their lives protecting the national sovereignty of India, back home to Nepal for their final death rituals.

3. All the aforementioned historical references prove that India has used the Gorkha Army at the forefront of the battledore against China, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan, who all happen to be the neighbors and allies of Nepal. Why should Nepal risk her friendship with China, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan for the interest of India? It has become a tradition to think that the enemy of India is an enemy of Nepal as well. We should accept the bitter truth about this tradition being wrong and forbid the use of the Indian Gorkha Army against the neighboring countries and allies of Nepal.

4. Greater Nepal Nationalist Front (GNNF) demands to present Nepal’s clear stand to stop using the Indian Gorkha Army against the neighboring country China and Pakistan, who is an ally of Nepal, to India.
